Ziggy has been publishing books since 2009. Starting as a fantasy writer for teenage audience, her works soon encompass variety of genres and shapes; from romance to science fiction, from essay to illustrated book. Her fictional works largely features children or young characters.

She won a short story competition for school students in 2011, which was later published as a part of anthology Doughnut Boy (DAR! Mizan, 2011). Her teen horror book Lucid Dream (DAR! Mizan, 2013) was a best-seller and was later reprinted in an omnibus Lucid Dream Deluxe (DAR! Mizan, 2019). This was her second omnibus after Help! (DAR! Mizan, 2018), containing her first novel with the publisher, Wonderworks (DAR! Mizan, 2012), and the last, Saving Ludo (DAR! Mizan, 2016). She later published Undead Series: Air Mata Bulan (2016) and Kala (2016) with Mizan Fantasi.

In 2014, she won the second place in Jakarta Arts Council Novel Writing Competition with Di Tanah Lada (Gramedia Pustaka Utama, 2015), which was later longlisted for Kusala Sastra Khatulistiwa. She won the competition again in 2016 with Semua Ikan di Langit (Grasindo, 2017). The book later received Anugerah Sastra Badan Bahasa kategori Novel in 2018. In the same year, her manuscript Tiga dalam Kayu (Kepustakaan Populer Gramedia, 2022) received an honourable mention in the competition.

Her Jakarta Sebelum Pagi (Grasindo, 2016) was included in Rolling Stone Indonesia's recommendation, and she later received the magazine's Editor's Choice Award in 2017. She wrote three children's books for Pelangi Mizan in 2018, several short stories (Vice Indonesia, 2018; DAR! Mizan, 2014 & 2011; Comma Press/POST Press 2019/2020), an illustrated book (Continuum, Grasindo, 2018), and an essay (Yang Terlupakan dan Dilupakan, Marjin Kiri, 2021).

In 2016-2017, Ziggy participated in Akademi Remaja Kreatif Indonesia, then Festival Literasi Sekolah in 2019. She became one of the writers for Kemendikbud project to introduce classic Indonesian literature to school students in 2017, and was invited on a Save the Children's visitation program in West Java. In 2018, she joined Ruang Perempuan dan Tulisan that aims to rediscover and reintroduce "forgotten" Indonesian female writers. The research was published as a book in 2021.

Ziggy was the managing director for Jakarta International Literary Festival 2019-2020. She was a resident for Metal Culture Southend 2019 and Komite Buku Nasional 2019. In 2021, her book Kita Pergi Hari Ini (Gramedia Pustaka Utama, 2021) received a nomination for Buku Sastra Pilihan Tempo. She served as a part of judging committee for Sayembara Menulis Novel Dewan Kesenian Jakarta 2021. Her short story Sidang Terbuka was commissioned by Japan Foundation for YOMU Project in 2021, and it was translated into Japanese by Nishino Keiko and English by Stephen J. Epstein. She wrote the afterword for Tamura Toshiko's Gincu Sang Mumi (Miira no kuchibeni) (Penerbit Mai, 2022).
